Long distance pipeline
Crude oil often contains hard particles such as sand, which is easy to wear or scour the sealing surface and inner cavity of the valve. It is recommended to select a metal sealed ball valve. The sealing surface is coated by HVOF(high-velocity oxy/air fuel) or coating off nickel-based alloy process to increase the thickness and of the coating on the sealing surface and improve the wear resistance and scratch resistance
Offshore oil and gas platform
Offshore platforms not only face the external corrosion of the marine environment but also produce high content of H2S gas in the fluid, which may corrode the valves to a certain extent. We use materials conforming to NACE 0175 / ISO 15761 to manufacture the valves to eliminate the corrosion of H2S on the valves. The selected bolts and nuts are also sprayed with PTFE for anti-corrosion treatment
petrochemical industry
