Description
The Cryogenic Gate Valve is suitable for low-temperature media such as methane, liquid natural gas, hexene, carbon dioxide, liquid ammonia, liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen, and liquid hydrogen. The valve cover is designed with a long neck structure that is convenient for cold insulation to ensure that the temperature at the bottom of the stuffing box is kept above 0 ℃. A pressure relief hole is set at the inlet side of the ram to prevent abnormal pressure rise in the cavity of the valve body. Low temperature impact test shall be conducted for valve materials to ensure that the materials will not be brittle damaged at low temperature. It is used for low-temperature gate valves below – 101 ℃, and valve parts shall be subject to cryogenic treatment before finishing.
